CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE
In compliance with United States Code, Title 18, Section 2257, all models,
actors, actresses, performers and/or other persons who appear in any
visual depiction or “sexually explicit conduct” (as that term is defined
in 18 U.S.C. §2256) appearing or otherwise contained in or at this site
were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation
of such depictions. This website provides an interactive, internet-based,
electronic video communications service, and serves as an online platform
whereby content is created by performers themselves and is transmitted
between them and the user/member. In other words, the individuals appearing
in content carried on this website themselves create and produce all
of their own images, videos, live-feeds and other content, independently
of the website owner/operator’s editorial or managerial involvement
or control. The website therefore functions only to neutrally carry
such content created by the performers who utilize the platform offered
by this website. To the extent that the platform provided by the website
and its technological features are used to transmit sexually explicit

(and therefore appear as a performer on the website) is required to
submit age verification documents which are carefully reviewed by trained
staff. The website maintains photocopies of such age verification documents
for each and every performer appearing on this website, and such documents
must include, for each and every performer appearing on this website,
a government issued identification document containing a recent and
recognizable photograph. Such records, which are fully compliant with
the requirements of 18 U.S. C § 2257, are maintained by the custodian
of records at the address designated below. Please note that, as stated
above, the owner/operator of this website is not the primary producer
(as that term is defied in 28 C.F.R. 75.1 (c)(2)) of any of the visual
content contained in this website, and therefore, the maintenance of
these records and the notice hereby given are not to be deemed as an
admission of such.
